- Electronic or Physical Signature: Your notice must be signed, either physically or electronically, to indicate that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, your counter-notification must include the following information:
- Your Contact Information: Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of Removed Content: Specify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- Statement of Good Faith: Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: State that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the federal district courts located in New York, NY, if you reside outside of the United States).

Our Response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, BaddieHub will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled.
- Terminate repeat infringers’ access to the site in appropriate circumstances.
If a counter-notification is received, BaddieHub may restore the material in question, unless the copyright owner files a lawsuit against the user within 10 business days after receiving the counter-notification.
